The Role
As a Site Manager/Supervisor at The Makeover Guys (Sarawak), you’ll oversee and manage all activities on-site to ensure our makeover projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and in top-notch quality. You’ll lead the site team, coordinate with vendors, and work closely with Sales Consultants and Designers to bring every project to life. What You’ll Do
1. Perform thorough defect checking to ensure the site is in proper condition and fully prepared for makeover execution
2. Provide practical feedback and suggestions to Sales Consultants and Designers to ensure proposed designs are feasible for on-site execution
3. Coordinate, oversee and monitor the project timeline and quality
4. Oversee all onsite activities during the makeover process
5. Provide project status updates to internal team members
6. Manage suppliers and vendors for items and project deliveries
7. Practice quality control check-ups to ensure projects can be handed over to clients in top-notch condition
8. May be required to perform simple repair and installation work
9. Additional ad-hoc tasks
Who You Are
1. Experience in site supervision or renovation work
2. Passion in interior design, architecture, or project management
3. Having your own transport is a must
Working Arrangement
You’ll report to Executive Project Coordinator and work closely with Sales Consultants and Interior Designers.
